Eleonora Ibragimova is a senior UX architect working at MOBGEN | Accenture Interactive where she is enabling global companies to accelerate their digital innovation agenda by understanding their end-users better and finding optimal solutions using a design thinking approach.
Before moving to the Netherlands, Eleonora spent six years in South Korea, where she worked on designing user experiences for major Korean technology companies like Samsung and LG Electronics.
At Delft University of Technology, she conducted projects with LUMC, KLM and Schiphol, Philips and other multi-national clients. Together with TU Delft and MOBGEN, she collaborated on innovative automotive projects, including the 'interactive steering wheel' that focused on persuasion design and positive behavior change for drivers, and other internal projects.
At MOBGEN | Accenture Interactive, she is the usability expert, having conducted over 100 usability testings and lead the user research for one of their major clients, Shell. Her expertise domains range from e-commerce to automotive, fintech to retail. In her time working with clients like Knab, ABN AMRO, Shell and PLUS, she has created intuitive and delightful experiences for the user.
