On May 29th, the year-long program of ShoppingTomorrow was kicked off with all expert groups for 2019-2020.
This year, Accenture Interactive is the chairing two expert groups where we also join forces with our people from Accenture Security and Applied Intelligence.
Together with partner Adobe, we are in charge of the Experience-driven Commerce group, that includes seasoned experts in Digital, Marketing and IT at e.g. Bol.com, Hunkemoller, FrieslandCampina and ABN Amro.
With this group we will address the research question on How to differentiate with experience-driven commerce in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage?
Baker McKenzie is our partner for the group that will focus on the question on How Artificial Intelligence can support in offering a relevant customer experience, while complying with privacy laws and regulations, and meet customers’ expectations?
