Junior Consultant - Seabury Consulting

The Talent & Organization Team of Seabury Consulting, now part of Accenture, is a boutique advisory group based in Amsterdam and New York, which assists clients in aviation and other travel-related industries to optimize their workforce and organizational activities such as compensation plan design, labor relations, organizational design and effectiveness, talent search, and workforce planning & analytics. Our clients range from small, privately-held firms to Fortune 500 companies. We are looking to grow our team in Amsterdam with a Junior Consultant that is motivated and able to work in an international team and is looking for varied work outside of a conventional 9 to 5 office job with clients in all parts of the world.

Your impact

Seabury Consulting takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions. As a Junior Consultant, you will be a critical member of our close-knit, but highly-skilled team, where you will have responsibility for performing key areas of analysis and developing insights. Junior Consultants typically work closely with clients on-site to gather data, develop data-driven insights, and obtain buy-in for improvement recommendations and associated management plans. Outputs may include new organization designs, labor modeling, headcount analysis, scenario analysis, and benchmarking comparisons, among others. Junior Consultants are integral to the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, often with an underlying analytical component. Your day-to-day activities will include researching, benchmarking, building financial models, analyzing client data or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally and to the client.


Your abilities to succeed as a Junior Consultant at Seabury Consulting’s T&O team should include:

  • Ability to create data models to identify patterns, and draw insights & conclusions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to present findings internally and to clients
  • Critical thinking to effectively solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with a strong team mindset
  • Confidence and pride in your work
  • Interest for aviation and travel industry is considered a plus


Your background

  • Master’s degree (significant quantitative educational focus is considered a plus)
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a plus)
  • Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
