He is passionate to advise and bring the client the best value for their end-customers, whether it is consumer or business market. His years of experience are helping him to ensure all solutions for marketing, sales, commerce and service are increasing the overall customer satisfaction. As customer centricity is important in this disruptive digital period, he is always focused how new technologies can support this new customer approach.
